With the passage of the recent Healthcare Reform bill, it is not surprising that leaders in healthcare are looking for practical, cost-effective solutions to advance the healthcare delivery system forward, and to develop models that result in savings and improved patient outcomes.
For this reason, The Alliance For Integrated Value-Driven Healthcare represents a promising new solution that can assist in the transformation of value-driven provider-to-provider alliances to leverage resources across the healthcare delivery system. The Alliance For Integrated Value-Driven Healthcare represents the use of tested business strategies, studies, and data to: 1) align stakeholders across the delivery system to leverage resources, 2) demonstrate home care and hospice value, and 3) educate policymakers about the value and role of home health and hospice in the healthcare system.
Mission
The mission of The Alliance For Integrated Value-Driven Healthcare is it is the first think tank of its kind, but not political in nature. Its objectives are two-fold: 1) address the “gaps” between the home health industry and other stakeholders across the healthcare delivery system to help leverage and manage resources, and 2) through business intelligence research, provide policy makers a better understanding of the home health and hospice industry and its relationship to cost savings and managing outcomes. The Alliance For Integrated Value-Driven Healthcare is dedicated to exploring collaboration of providers across the healthcare delivery system to improve healthcare, reduce costs, leverage resources and improve patient outcomes.
